Chillya (40 days) - in the culture of the peoples of Central Asian countries is a period of exhausting 40-day windless summer heat. According to the calendar, chillya usually falls within the period from June 25 to August 3, when the maximum summer temperatures are observed.
The forecast for 10 days ahead says that the air will not warm above 43 degrees. Outside the window is a complete calm and the clearest sky, at home air conditioning 24x7 and closed windows. At least some shade is given by trees, but if you go out on the open asphalt road, you feel that you have fallen into a steam room.

But we found a workaround in an ordinary hardware store - a water sprayer (like those used by hairdressers or florists, it helps not to die along the way). Local cafes and restaurants use similar sprayers everywhere - they are much more comfortable.
